I had purchased some other quarts-stoned jewelry here on Amazon, so when I read that there were 4 prongs to hold the gem in place, I was sold on this very low price for 90% off. However, when I got it, there were only 2 prongs on each earrings and pendant, that I worry it will not stay this way for too long. This will be a gift for SIL, so I will allow her to choose if she wants me to get the other 2 prongs set on each of them by a jeweler.
I gave an average rating because it is pretty, and the size mentioned does fit the description. The yellow gold chain does look very fragile, however. I recommend getting a thicker chain for it looks like it will break easily. (Speaking from experience I have had for other thin chains that looks very similar to this one.)
It looks more light lavender than the pinkish coloring on the picture.
