so when i first ordered this crown, i was debating which one to get between this one or one of the other ones this seller has up. and well i decided to get this one...and after using it 3 times, the top of the crown broke. so i contacted the seller immediately, and they were willing to replace it for me. their customer service is a 10/5 stars. the only reason i'm giving this item a 4 instead of 5 is because of the durability of the crown itself.
