Not the quality I thought it would be when it arrived. Although it was pretty, it was lighweight and sort of looked like something you would get in a bubble gum machine!

I think this is an absolutely beautiful piece of jewelery. However, I do not think it is worth $60. The heart and compass are small (a little bigger would have been great) the charm itself has a nice weight to, so it does not feel flimsy, but the chain itself isn't that great. Also, for some reason the charm always flips so the back is showing. I have adjusted it in every way possible and it keeps on doing it.
That being said I have worn it everyday since I got it for my birthday from my father. As I said it is a very nice piece, but for $60 I would have expected more.
Also, the shipping is OUTRAGEOUS! It was sent in a HUGE box with tons of stuffing and the necklace was in a little box inside. I also got a catalog which is nice but to over charge on shipping is not fair to customers.

I have had soooooo many compliments on this necklace. It really is catchey, edgey, and looks good. It is just quite the conversation piece.

I assumed from the photos that the face of the compass was a pinkish hue. I really like that peachy, light pink colour when paired with silver. It was a selling point for me. I guess I should have read the description more carefully, or inquired, because my piece doesn't have a pink face for the compass--it's silver actually. I don't know. I was pretty disappointed because with shipping the price is outrageous. The shipping was really prompt and the sellers really helpful but the box was sent first-class mail and cost 6.99 to ship a TEENY TINY light-weight necklace.
Anyway, I do know if I saw it in a store I wouldn't pay the price. It's too light-weight feeling, delicate, it's very small....and very bland coloured, no pinkish tone whatsoever. It's still a super unique piece that is functional and pretty and I love the clasp very much, as well as the chain, but it isn't what I wanted for $80+ with shipping. My face fell when I opened the box.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, since she was leaving for Spain to study a whole semester. She LOVED IT, and a day hasn't gone by that I dont see her wearing it. Even her family members liked the gift and gave her plenty of compliments for it. I'm very pleased with this item and the great response it has had. IMHO it does not look cheap, it looks nicely made. Anyone who buys this knows how much meaning this can have or be given.
