The locket is beautiful. Etched design is well done and chain is nice and sturdy. Opens and closes nicely. Overall a very nice piece.

I ordered this locket for my friend who lost her mother one year ago. I received this shipment today, one day early than estimated date. I thought it's wonderful, I can give it to her tomorrow (tomorrow is the one year anniversary when her mom passed away.) With full of excitement I opened the shipment, only found that the back of the locket is full of scratches!!! It was a complete disappointment. I cannot believe Amazon would ship out something of this quality! I am returning the item for sure! Amazon better not charge me any shipping fee! I'm really dissatisfied with Amazon today.

The all scratched up locket was returned on Jan 19 (I didn't need to pay for shipping). The replacement was scheduled to arrive on Jan 23, but to my surprise, it arrived today. I'm grateful that Amazon actually expedited this replacement order.
The locket is beautiful and it's good size. The pictures can be clearly seen.

Bought this for my daughter as an Easter gift. She put it on then asked me how to keep it closed. It was broken right out of the box. She was so upset, I would love to just exchange it, but am afraid it will happen again. The locket itself is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

This is a sweet, reasonably priced gift I got for my mother. She loves it. It came on time, packed nicely and I am very pleased. Would recommend it to anyone.
