Bringing Baby Home Jan 11, 2009

This was part of the outfit my new grandbaby was brought home from the hospital in and she looked absolutely precious in it. She was 8lbs plus and it fit perfectly. I also bought the little hat and some leggings because she is in Maine and I knew it would be cold.

Since it was a very special outfit, I wanted a high quality product and feel the Zutano brand offers that.

My daughter got this dress (6-12 mo size) as a hand-me-down from a friend whose daughter wore it a lot -- just like my daughter has -- and it's held up beautifully. She's average weight and 75% for height. She's worn it nonstop from 8 months as a dress until 14 months as a cardigan. I didn't buy it, but I'm about to buy more Zutano clothing with the hope that other pieces will be as versatile and long-lasting as this one has been.

This is a very cute little baby dress and seems to be well made, but it is very costly. There is not much material needed to make such a tiny dress and the price charged is excessive in my opinion for what you are getting.
